Center For Wellness was founded by a double board-certified psychiatrist to provide quality, ethical, and clinically appropriate care to its consumers. The staff aims to utilize evidence-based treatment in multiple modalities which are employed in individual, family, and group interventions in order to garner the greatest success for clients.

CFW’s staff is happy to manage the insurance claim processing on your behalf. We accept payment from most insurance providers, and we are in network with Horizon (and other state/federal) Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Beacon Health, Emblem/GHI, Optum/United/Oxford, and Cigna at present.
WE ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM ALL COMMERCIAL INSURANCE AND ARE IN NETWORK WITH THE MAJORITY OF THE LIST SHOWN.
